Job Description:
- Candidate with 11+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Engineering & Visualizations.
- Worked across delivering analytics and BI solutions for Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Retail customers.
- Extensive knowledge as a Visualization specialist in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, TM1, Cognos, OneSumX and Spotfire.
- Experience utilizing TM1 and Planning Analytics (complex rules, feeders, TI process script and perspective reports).
- Nice to have docker with PAW experience. Strong knowledge on data modelling, data cleansing, data integration and optimization solutions.
- Good experience in AWS and cloud-based services.
- Strong knowledge on advanced visualizations and predictive analytics.
- Programming experience includes Python, R, SQL and Iron Python. Good experience in UI and frond end applications development with JavaScript and CSS.
- Strong technical abilities to develop Automation solutions and packages using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience in Working with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to analyse large, complicated problems, expert/Advanced excel skills required to build web Reports.
- Required strong domain (Insurance & finance) knowledge to build the strong relationship with stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of accounting and Experience in preparation of monthly management reporting / dashboard Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different functions, segments, and departments in a complex environment.
- Advanced working knowledge in any scripting languages. Ability to interface with other technology to extract, transform and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and other technology. Advance SQL knowledge and queries driven experience.

- Strong Banking & Finance Domain knowledgeDuties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Data engineering & analytics development activities from gathering the requirements, designing solutions, data modelling, reports development, automations, to testing and release/deployment.
- Responsible for Data Extraction, transformation and modelling in Data Warehouse tools and solutions. Analyse the Business requirements and develop the High- and Low-level design documents.
- Uplift the quality of technical solutions by applying engagement’s best practices. Develop Information models, Datasets, Dataflows for different Business use cases and extract the data for reporting through on-demand, in-memory or Direct queries based on the requirements.
- Develop innovative and automated solutions through Platform tools for integrating Engagement’s tools/solutions together.
- Utilize Python, JavaScript, R & Iron Python scripts for performing data cleansing and development of complex & intuitive reporting solutions.
- Responsible for providing the solutions to improve the performance in data integration and reporting. Engagements included variety of technologies spanning across Cloud, Advance Visualizations (D3JS), data integration from variety of source systems and API’s.
- Responsible for Installing and configuring the BI environment with load balancing solutions in on-prem and AWS servers. Ensure the solutions are robust, secure and highly available for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with end users, project stakeholders and support partners to identify needs, goals, and business models. Provide solutions to the Project teams on data architecture and data strategy solutions.
- Review and approving the data models to ensure the data integrity and quality of the data are meeting the Enterprise data warehousing standards.
- Develop analytical solutions for business requirements where there is a need for Predictive modelling and responsible to loading the data and training the models to provide efficient results.
